The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos. The group offers the following services.

Drilling services are offered through Drillpet in a technical partnership with Schlumberger Nigeria Limited and Gyrodata Inc. The company is specialized in borehole gyroscopic surveying, conventional and advanced directional drilling, measurement while drilling, logging while drilling and well engineering.

Ultiproc offers a one- stop shop solution for international procurement and services for a wide range of products for the oil and gas industry, construction, medical and manufacturing industry. At Ultiproc, we BUY…SHIP and DELIVER to your CHOICE LOCATION.

  • Engr. Obioha F. Okoroafor

    Engr. Obioha F. Okoroafor


    Group Managing Director

    Founder and Chairman of the HOBARK Group of Companies. Prior to establishing in 2000 what is today known as HOBARK, Engr. Okoroafor worked for Schlumberger-Anadrill, where he spent thirteen years working up the ladder from Maintenance Engineer to Location Manager. He holds a BSc in Power Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, a the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

  • Dr. Emmanuel Okoroafor

    Dr. Emmanuel Okoroafor


    Executive Director, Hobark International Ltd

    Currently, Executive Director of Hobark International Limited. Prior to joining HOBARK in 2010, as General Manager, Human Resources & Development, as well as General Manager of Hobark International (UK) Limited, he has held the positions of Head of Materials Technology and Senior Technologist at BOC Edwards in UK, and various Teaching and Research positions in Universities in the UK. He holds a BSc degree in Physics from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife, Nigeria; a “Diplôme D’ Ingénieur in Nuclear Engineering from Ecole National Supérieure D’Ingénieurs Electriciens de Grenoble, France; and a PhD in Materials Science from Université Denis Diderot (Paris VII), Paris, France. He is a registered UK Engineering Council Chartered Engineer, and a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (UK).

    General Manager of DrillPet International Limited and before that he was the Group Operations Manager of the Hobark Group of Companies. Prior to joining Hobark International Limited as Quality Control Manager in May 2007, He has held the position of Production Workshop Manager in Michelin Nigeria Limited. He possesses a degree in Chemical Engineering from now Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu and Executive MBA (General Management) from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. A Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Local Content (FNILC).

    Executive Director/Partner of Uniterm. Prior to joining UNITERM as Partner in 2010, he has held the positions of Drilling Manager, Performance Manager, Portfolio Manager in Nigeria/Overseas Countries. He possesses a Degree in Engineering and Business Administration, a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineer (SPE), Canadian Association of Drilling Engineers (CADE), and International Association of Drilling Contractor (IADC).

    Engr. Chiedozie S. Nnaekpe


    GM, Ultiproc Nigeria Ltd

    Is the General Manager of Ultiproc Nigeria Limited. Prior to joining Ultiproc as the Technical sales coordinator in 2011, he was the Business Development Head and General Manager for Saidon Africa Limited, where he created a marketing niche in the downstream oil and gas sector in Nigeria. He worked as a Field Engineer with Falcon Petroleum and has also held a variety of Engineering positions. He possesses an Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is also a certified Network engineer on windows server 2003 Platform. A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigerian Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ( NIEEE ).

    Executive Director of Gigasec Services Limited. Prior to joining Gigasec as Executive Director in 2013, he has held the positions of Systems Analyst, Wireless Security Consultant and System Engineer in Nigeria. He possesses a Degree in Metallurgy and Material Engineering. He is ITIL V3 Certified, Mobility Solutions Expert from Motorola, a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineering and a member of Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI).

    Prior to joining HOBARK Int’l Ltd in 2015, Mr. William A. Kouame has held the positions of Logistics Administrator with TULLOW OIL CI, Rig administrator for TRANSOCEAN International and Private Accounts Manager for VERSUS BANK and OMNIFINANCE CI. He possesses a B.Sc. Degree in Banking & Finance from the Business school of University of Legon, Accra and holds a diploma in supply Chain-Tenders management from Petrofact (J.M Campbell), Houston Texas. He is a member of the Ivorian chamber of Commerce (CCI), and Treasurer of the Foundation Aboudia for Arts & Culture.
